Isamu Noguchi “Between East and West” 30/03/10
Continuing a tradition of exhibitions-tributes to key figures of nineteenth and twentieth century art (P. Picassο, 2004, J.Miró, 2002, Toulouse-Lautrec, 2001, H. Moore, 2000, Α. Rodin, 1996, M. Chagall, 1994, and W. Kandinsky, 1989, among others), the Basil & Elise Goulandris Foundation, in collaboration with The Noguchi Museum (New York, USA), organizes this year a major exhibition dedicated to the work of influential Japanese-American artist Isamu Noguchi (1904–88).

The Museum of Contemporary Art of Andros would therefore like to inform its numerous friends that, like every year, we will continue our activities from October until May, displaying works by Greek as well as international artists from our collection.

Τhe Museum of Contemporary Art of the Basil and Elise Goulandris Foundation in Andros, is inaugurating – right after the closing of the highly admired exhibition of this summer “Y.Moralis, Traces” – another important exhibition. Like every year the exhibition is held between the months of November and May and it consists of works of art which belong to the permanent collection of the Museum.

Panayiotis Tetsis - Thalatta 25/06/06
The renovated spaces of the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Basil and Elise Goulandris Foundation in Andros will be overflowing with colour and light this summer, as the work of Panayiotis Tetsis, renowned exponent of the Modern Greek tradition in contemporary painting, will be presented there, offering the public this great pleasure.
Metamorphosis - British Art of the Sixties 26/06/05
For the summer of 2005 the Basil and Elise Goulandris Foundation is organizing - in collaboration with the British Council and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation - in the Museum of Contemporary Art of the Basil and Elise Goulandris Foundation in Andros, a group exhibition of important British artists who built their reputation during the sixties.
